Keystay began when its founders noticed a consistent gap in how international arrivals and long-stay visitors experienced the Phuket rental market. The information available was scattered, landlord-tenant communication was often murky, and tenants frequently signed agreements without fully understanding what they contained.
Starting from a small office on Kata Road, the team set out to create a service that placed the tenant's interests at the centre. Not a portal, not a database — just attentive, human support from someone who already knows the terrain.
Today, Keystay offers furnished short-term rentals, thorough guidance for long-term tenants, and an ongoing care retainer for those who prefer to have a reliable local contact throughout their stay.
